Job Purpose

Follow-up with the implementation of Board of Directors and BoD Committees resolutions to ensure decisions are integrated within the organization and realized within a timeline and prepares monthly progress report. Develop procedures, policies, and processes and maintains CEO office records.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, investigate, and report corporate governance matters.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing effective strategic risk and business continuity management processes.
  • Keep abreast with new legislation and legislative changes impacting Najm.
  • Provide advice to policy owners regarding policy development and implementation and provides assistance with corporate governance issues.
  • Assist in managing the policy framework including coordination of the policy library and document control.
  • Prepare and reviews Najm governance regulations.
  • Brief the CEO with key information related to the Board of Directors and BoD committees.
  • Followup with the implementation of Board of Directors, BoD Committees and the CEO resolutions to ensure decisions are integrated within the organization and realized within a timeline and prepares monthly progress report.
  • Ensure proper administration and communication of BoD.
  • Develop procedures, policies, and processes and maintains CEO office records.
  • Assist in managing Najm stakeholders relationship and communication to ensure effective flow of information.
  • Ensure decisions made are communicated to the relevant Najm stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain all contracts to ensure a proper archiving for Najm contracts.
  • Assist CEO in implementing the authority matrix within Najm considering on responsibilities and costs.
  • Assist and support in managing the CEO office responsibilities, as required.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
