- Functional Responsibilities Participate in the development of the cliam department Strategic Plan and provides guidance and advice to reporting subordinates to ensure the proper cascading of this plan into claim Solution.
- Perform the day-to-day operations on claims department and provides ongoing support and guidance to ensure their compliance with the company's policies and standards.
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding claims
- Report to the direct manager with regards to the claims performance and highlight any issues that need a higher-level intervention providing supporting rationales and recommendations.
- Assisting in training new employees
- Ensure that claim department are properly set-up and works with all concerned sectors and departments to ensure claims department comply with Najm's strategy and corporate branding standards.
- To follow up with clients in receiving the required documents from them by preparing and sending correspondence and communicating with them
- Damage assessment Fraud detection, Complaint and quality employees in order to close the claim files before deadline.
- TO assist the department- and section in any administrative or technical task that may be delegated upon him
- Knowing all the terms and conditions of insurance documents approved by the Insurance Authority.
- Answering inquiries received from claimants on the status of claims
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities that related to the job as designated by the direct manager.
