Functional Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the analysis process within the SMO unit, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess opportunities or challenges, and identify effective solutions.
  • Drive strategic planning cycles by conducting thorough analyses to validate proposed initiatives' and solutions' scope and impact.
  • Take a proactive role in ensuring strategic alignment and integration across business unit (BU) projects, working closely with divisions and departments to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of complex BU initiatives and projects that span multiple business areas, handling analyses that require evaluation of both tangible and intangible factors.
  • Lead efforts to identify operational efficiency opportunities and contribute to Operational Excellence initiatives across Najm Divisions and Departments, ensuring successful implementation of new measures.
  • Play a key role in translating Najm’s business plan and strategy into clear business objectives, establishing key performance indicators to measure organizational success.
  • Lead the development of performance reports by collecting data across Najm Divisions and Departments, and identify corrective actions for underperforming initiatives or BUs.
  • Spearheaded the documentation and standardization of strategy team methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality processes across the organization.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Strategy, taking ownership of tasks that contribute to Najm’s strategic objectives.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualification          

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of working experience

  • Overall business acumen and quantitative/qualitative analytical thinking.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work on multiple work streams in parallel that have different requirements and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in formulating, executing, and evaluating long-term business strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to align departmental strategies with organizational goals and ensure integration across business units.
